MyABDR - the new way to record treatment!

Mon 3 Mar 2014

MyABDR is now available!

What is it?

MyABDR is a new mobile phone app and website that makes it easy for you to:

  • Record your home treatments and bleed details
  • Check how much treatment product you have
  • Update your contact and personal details

Send your info straight to your Haemophilia Centre! MyABDR links directly with the Australian Bleeding Disorders Registry (ABDR) (the system used by Haemophilia Centres).

Want to know more?

Come to an intro session about MyABDR and how to use it in your state or territory during March and April 2014 (hands on, nice food!) – click here for more information or to register your RSVP.

Why should I use it?

It’s really quick and simple to use!

When you are in mobile phone range or online with your computer, what you enter into MyABDR will upload directly to your record in the ABDR at your Haemophilia Centre. The app also uses your ABDR record for information like your treatment plan.

How do I use it?

The app: Download the app from the Apps store (Apple) or Google Play (Android).

Register by creating an account on the app.

Online: Go to www.blood.gov.au/myabdr and click on New user? Click here to register.

Cost: Free

Once you register, your account will work on both the app and the website. After you register, your Haemophilia Centre will process your access to MyABDR.

When can I use it?

You can register any time after 28 February 2014.

Before you can use MyABDR, your Haemophilia Centre will need to approve your registration. They will start processing registrations after training in your state or territory.
