Talking to young people about sex

Talking to young people about sex in an age-appropriate way has been shown to improve their understanding and how they approach sex in general. In this series of Q&As facilitated by haemophilia physiotherapist Scott Russell, specialist nurses Simone Sheridan and Penny McCarthy provide advice for talking to kids about sex and discuss common worries about masturbation for boys with haemophilia.

Please note: These videos discuss intimate relationships, sexual acts and parts of the body in clear language. Some people may not be comfortable with this content.
