You are Responsible:
To inform your employer if your bleeding disorder is going to affect your ability to do your job
To be as prepared as possible for a bleed at work
To know how much sick leave you are entitled to
To know whether or not you need a medical certificate for missing work (each workplace may have a different policy e.g some require a certificate for missing 1 day, others require a certificate after missing 2 or 3 days).
